Poly Construction Holdings LLC — 萬盛建設 — is a licensed California general contractor based in Rosemead, focused on building new homes, ADUs, and other residential projects across cities throughout the San Gabriel Valley.
The company is run by Tommy Qian, who brings years of hands-on experience in the construction industry to deliver professional, reliable, and efficient work for every client. From early planning through construction management to project completion, we hold ourselves to a high standard on build quality, communication, and every detail on the job site.
We serve the community we're rooted in: our clients are primarily Chinese-speaking families across the San Gabriel Valley. Every project can be discussed in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English — not just a service feature, but the actual working language we use every day for design discussions, site coordination, and project management.
